Getting the following error when attempting to install @awsui/components-react

is the rest api from the API gateway can be call by anyone ?
ccpStack failed: Error [ValidationError]: Unable to fetch parameter
I got this when I run "deploy" command:
ccpStack failed: Error [ValidationError]: Unable to fetch parameters [/company-name/phone-channel/ccp/connect/connect-id] from parameter store for this account.
any advice?
Empty bucket
Deployment executed with no error, all resources seem to have been recreated, but the S3 bucket has not content? What files are suppose to be in the bucket?
