Incorrect link in the deployment guide

On the page:

https://aws-ia.github.io/cfn-ps-git2s3/

under "Deployment options", it launches the cloudformation template as:

https://aws-ia-us-east-1.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/cfn-ps-git2s3/templates/git2s3.template

If you hit "Next", it complains "S3 error: Access Denied". However, after looking at the repo, it appears the link should be:

https://aws-ia-us-east-1.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/cfn-ps-git2s3/templates/git2s3.template.yaml

Changing that allows it to work properly.

Python 3.8 EOL

On October 2024, extended support for Python 3.8 will end. Therefore an update to a newer Python Version should be conducted, since AWS will not allow to perform updates e.g. to Lambdas with old version.
