This repository stores useful keyboard layouts for macos. I.e. the us_german_dev.bundle is like the US international Layout, but ~ and ` and ^ and ' characters are directly printed and no dead keys anymore.

Clone this repository, pick the desired layout

1. Copy the whole command

git clone [email protected]:avan2s/keyboard_layouts.git && mkdir -p ~/Library/Keyboard\ Layouts && cp -R ./keyboard_layouts/macos/us_german_dev.bundle ~/Library/Keyboard\ Layouts/. && rm -Rf ./keyboard_layouts

2. Restart your mac und go to your input sources
3. Add a keyboard layout and search for "dev"
4. Inside "Others" you should see the layout, pick it and select it
5. Have fun!
