Add the ability to save the topics configuration for particular site users.

Note: Trying to avoid having any server backend as much as possible with this app; probably wanna use some local storage or cookies to store that info.

Currently realDonaldTrump is hardcoded into this code, but there should be an option to switch accounts and analyze some other Twitter account.

Just as the title says; add JS docblocks for relevant methods and classes; make things a little bit more legible in general.
