The idea was to do this with utils, config and styleConstants to remain consistent with sagas and services but it makes more sense to export the above 3 modules as objects, e.g.
config.googleSignIn = {...}is better self-documenting than
googleSignIn = {...}because the latter could get misconstrued for the GoogleSignIn external library.
