Add a statement to follow the setup guide in the README.

'ONCE-OFF' looks like a code command. Perhaps it needs to look more like paragraph text, or wrap it with parenthesis?

Add docs explaining rename thoroughly. Always need to change the package name and we can only do that if we also change the display name so when we init the project, we need to use some generic name first.

3. Update display and package name
It's not clear that I have to do both the code commands and the manual change in xCode. I thought it was one or the other to get the same desired result.
