update demos about automerge-repo HOT 4 OPEN

#124 implements the first part; I think we should land everything we're trying to land and then review the code.

I have updated the svelte example (#133) just to check progress on this. All working as expected in at least that simple example.

Demos we could add:

• automerge-repo-demo-ephemeral

All three build fine now and do what they're expected to. It would be good to improve them but this at least means they're unbroken. I'm going to leave the issue open for code reviewing each.

Our evaluation criteria should be:

• is the code good enough to copy paste
• is there anything extraneous we can remove
• does it make sense to read
