This repo has both Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 installed

From Parcel's migration guide:

The first thing to note when upgrading from Parcel 1 to Parcel 2 is that the npm package name has changed from parcel-bundler to parcel

When trying to run the project, the scripts from package.json attempted to use Parcel 2, but the commands still seems to be based on Parcel 1 given the inclusion of --no-minify which has been renamed to --no-optimize in Parcel 2

Removing the parcel package from devDependencies allowed me run successfully under Parcel 1
