I am an author of the original project you forked from. I don't mind it and I do appreciate your efforts to submit my work to the OpenWrt/Luci distribution.
However you also applied and obtained funds for "Integration of Internet Access Scheduling Control into LuCI" from https://prpl.works/2016/09/26/wrapping-up-round-one/.
You copy-pasted my work, adjusted the Makefile form BB to CC convention and claimed you did the job.
I'm not saying you violated the license conditions, but you could ask whether the project was abandoned (it wasn't) instead of silently apply for easy money.

Is this project still alive?
