Hi, ctrack.getParameters() is the correct function to use to get the eigenvalues, but the first four parameters are scale, rotation and position (not in that order), so you can ignore these.

Yep, but there's some transformations involved wrt scaling and rotation. Take a look at line 335-341 in clm.js to see how to transform them.
