Configurable page size

Would it be possible to consider a configuration option for the default page size for new pages? It appears to currently create them as Letter sized pages, whereas that means that eventually enough text will over-spill the coloured background. I change the page size to Auto and all works well, but it would be good for that to be an option as a default.

P.S. Brilliant add-in - thank you!

Feature request: configure the notebook used

I use your add-in regularly but only on one PC - it would be really helpful if the add-in could be optionally configured to use a different notebook (such as one on OneDrive) so that I could choose one that's synced. It doesn't even matter if there's no UI to configure it - a manually configured setting somewhere would be great.

Either way, thanks for developing this add-in. It's really good.

"...is not a valid Office Add In"

Hey Atrenton! Excellent work, it's a piece of art, perfect code and really well documented.
But I have a problem. I compile the project perfectly, but when I try to add it to onenote (from Options->AddIns->COM AddIns and GO) I always get the error "'' is not a valid Office Add In.".
I try a lot of others examples and always get the same error "...is not a valid Office Add In.".

If I use your installer, it installs perfectly. What you do in you installer? Or do you know what I'm doing wrong?

I have VS2017 15.3.3 and OneNote 2016 64b (desktop).

Thank you
Esteban
