2.Msg:消息弹窗(最高层)
3.Item:重复的控件对象(有可能搭载在其他载体上面)

Model层文件夹结构说明:
DataLocal:
0.Data:组织本地业务对应数据对象.

DataService:
0.StModel:网络层对应静态数据对象.
1.DyModel:网络层对应动态数据对象.

文件夹:ServiceLocal
-本地业务以及数据操作，增删改查等.

文件夹:ServiceWeb
-网络层接口以及网络层业务.

发布说明: 1.WebService: isOutWeb，2.WebService: 服务器地址，3.index中的中间件地址.
