ATN Modmail is an easy to use Discord Modmail bot! This is also a nice alternative to premade Modmail bots because of the customisable things that you can find! Read the README.md file to get started!
Make it possible to add a variable in the ModMailAutomaticMessage string in config.js so that we can interact with the id and tag of the user who opened the ticket inside it.
Something like that:
ModMailAutomaticMessage: 'Hey {{userMention}}, wait for the STAFF.',
or
ModMailAutomaticMessage: 'Hey <@{{userId}}>, wait for the STAFF.',
or
ModMailAutomaticMessage: 'Hey {{userTag}}, wait for the STAFF.',
In the code there should be just a simple replace() function.
A message that will tell the user to update to latest version of the bot if the bot is not up to date! Note that this change will only be visible to users that will have already updated to the version which will cover this suggestion, so older users will not see it sadly.
Make it possible to add a variable in the snippet string in snippets.js so that we can interact with the id, mention and tag of the user who opened the ticket inside it.
Something like that:
module.exports={partner: "Hey {{userTag}}, here are the requirements for the partnership: ..."}
Everybody knows that slash commands are really nice for beginners, so why not add them and cause pain for me? Well, they will be supported soon:tm: ๐
Planning to do a rewrite, already work in progress. This will take a lot of time I guess depending on how busy I will be but will take many improvements on the code side and it will also be in TypeScript. Better stuff. Other suggestions will be worked on soon I think everything depends on my free time but I try. Have a nice day <3
While replying to a user in a modmail ticket, if you attach an image, the user can see the attachment but in the chat of the ticket moderators cannot see them. This will be fixed in a next version.
It would be nice if the modmail could make transcripts on the ticket. This would help the moderator of a server to review any ticket message made up with the user.
Probably adding a help command could be a nice idea as it actually doesn't have one. If you have any suggestions about how we can make one let me know in this issue. Thanks :)
