DEPRECATED

This repository is now mostly over two years old. The code practices used within are horrible, disgusting hacks that you should avoid. People keep showing up in our support server asking about self-hosting Atlas and link to this repo, so I'm going to try and shoot down any future attempts. I want to make this really clear:

  • This repository is only here for archival purposes.
  • The code in this repository is terrible. If you want to learn to code, this is not the example you should be using.
  • Self-hosting this version of the bot will lead to nothing but trouble. There are known security vulnerabilities with this version of the bot that will not be fixed.
  • The public instance of Atlas is not using this code. The new version is closed-source - you can't host it yourself.

If you're still curious, the old readme has been kept intact as README-OLD.md. If you have questions about this repository or newer versions of Atlas, join our support server and ask in #off-topic.

Now Playing doesn't displays properly

Steps to reproduce

  1. Play a queue of atleast 2 songs
  2. Use Now Playing Command
  3. Use Queue command

Expected behavior

It should show "Author, Added By, Duration" for Now Playing embed.

It should show "Now Playing, Total Duration, In Queue, Up Next" for Queue embed

Actual behavior

It shows "general.player.npEmbed.author, general.player.npEmbed.addedBy, general.player.npEmbed.duration" for the Now Playing embed

It shows "general.music.nowPlaying.name, totalDuration.name, inQueue.name, upNext.value"

Unable To Save Changes (Moderation Module)

Steps to reproduce

(This does indeed happen on most modules)

  1. Head to the moderation module.
  2. Disable all moderation commands.

Expected behavior

Should disable all moderation commands and be able to save changes.

Actual behavior

Unable to save or reset changes.

Environment

ValidationError: "body" must be one of [[object Object]]

The Dashboard in general, when it comes to switching commands on and off, is very buggy.

SetLevel

Steps to reproduce

  1. I type the command for setlevel and the username and level and it gives me an error
  2. The error says "An error occured when executing the command that Atlas didn't understand. Sorry!"
  3. I type a!setlevel @DreamWeaverXC 100
  4. Then I get that error. Never had it happen before

Expected behavior

It would set the levels just fine

Actual behavior

Atlas won't set levels when typing in the commands

Visual Glitches On Actions Module

Steps to reproduce

  1. Head to Action module.
  2. Change Action One's delivery channel to anything other than Invocation Channel.

Expected behavior

Should display the delivery channel of choice and not Invocation Channel.

Actual behavior

Displays Invocation Channel.
