For parameter estimation, multiple experiment files can be present.

Ideally, should allow the user to select a folder with all the files (.cps and the experiment results).

When SpaceScanner cannot create files (e.g. because of disk being in read-only mode) the error messages it shows in the web interface are not descriptive.

Mums ir problēmiņa ar spacescanner programmu. Dažreiz tā uzkaras tādā veidā, ka vairs nepieņem HTTP pieslēgumus - slēdzoties klāt, gaidām līdz time-out. Tomēr komandrindā tas Python process nekādas kļūdas nerāda, ir tikai ziņojumi par aprēķinu izpildi, kas man izskatās pēc normāliem informatīviem ziņojumiem. Un ar Ctr-C to procesu var apstādināt, un tūlīt pat palaižot no jauna, tas atkal strādā korekti.

Currently, the inclusion of a parameter is contingent - it can be either included or excluded. However, some parameters are biologically necessary, while others may be completely dropped based on some domain knowledge.

This change should be implemented both in the server side and in the web UI.

The file should be created once computations are started, and removed once computations are finished and it's safe to restart SpaceScanner without losing intermediate results.
