如果你想要一个月后能上手，你需要每天学习并提交代码
- 不提交代码，我无法评估你的进度一个月后是否能达到我们的要求
- 应提高学习速率和学习时长，本科有C++基础，加上你现在脱产学习，python基本语法学习时间不应超过一个礼拜
- 若有其它事情耽误进度，请提前告知我
- 工作后，公司每周五要汇报工作进度，届时你至少要能汇报你负责的部分的进展情况，而不是简单的学习成果
- 转行起步很难，机会更难得，请正确评估难度和你的职业规划
