Unfortunately, I just do not have the time to provide support for rusty-machine or rulinalg. Over the years, several well-intentioned community members have offered to provide support but ultimately it has been difficult to coordinate a hand-over.
I am more than happy to provide somebody with the means to continue development of both (or one) of these libraries but my time is extremely limited nowadays. I've scheduled some time this weekend to update each of these repositories with a clear CTA for new maintainers to take over.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to this. Are you still interested in this?

Yes, I am

Are there any intentions to keep on working on this and rusty-machine at this point? I see a number of Pull requests on both repositories with little activity from quite some time back. I think there's a lot of good work here and it would be a shame for them both to stagnate.
(I had been planning on pushing some contributions myself, but with no apparent movement at the moment...)
