Adding a LastSeen value is needed in order to implement any array filtering of inactive objects (which have not had any update for a given period.)

  msg.payload.LastSeen = Math.round((new Date()).getTime() / 1000);

Updates should be made available immediately.

Any clean up or full array sends should do any additional required logic e.g. timer based array purging of deleted objects or timed out objects (i.e. not seen for 600 seconds.)

Some of this needs to fixed by the usage of functions (i.e. using an iterator function for the timer to correctly change the value of the timer object higher up the scope of the hierarchy.)

Sending a global update should occur on an interval of say 60 seconds to reduce bandwidth wastage.
