La info se extraería del fichero: dataset_description.json

Hay que conseguir un resumen de los participantes (cuántos hombres/mujeres, edad: mean+-std, y otros datos de interés que recoja el documento participants.tsv
Podemos empezar simplemente con "age", "sex" y "dominant_hand".
(nota: recordar ignorar sub-emptyroom).
