make all async iterable utilities start with `asyncIterable`

Make unread async

This would allow compatibility with optimized on disk implementation that treats .unread(readToken) as a rewind operation. This is only really interesting if unread is called many times in a row.

Rename repository to @aureooms/js-tape

This name makes more sense. Streams already have another meaning in Node. A tape abstracts a stream to allow theoretical tools to operate on them.
