Implement toStream or toReadableStream

use camelCase for function names

Use `toAsyncIterable` instead of `toIterable`

~~instead of fromIterable and fromAsyncIterable~~ Changed my mind: instead emphasize the fact that iterables are async.

Make unread async

This would allow compatibility with optimized on disk implementation that treats .unread(readToken) as a rewind operation. This is only really interesting if unread is called many times in a row.

Add a test that reads from a file

make all async iterable utilities start with `asyncIterable`

Rename repository to @aureooms/js-tape

This name makes more sense. Streams already have another meaning in Node. A tape abstracts a stream to allow theoretical tools to operate on them.

Make potential i/o methods `async`

Migrate from @babel/polyfill

Use this instead. See here.
