Last row missing coordinate
When the last row of a map is not a full row (because the dimensions are not divisible by the DPI), no coordinate is printed in the last row.
Mapbot should print a coordinate in the last row at the bottom of the map, which may be higher than normal. Tokens should be resized to fit in this row; perhaps just vertically.
emoji tokens should be case insensitive
