Wording change

Using a project name of / leads to some undesirable behavior by default:

The default project slug will have a /, which causes the folder structure to violate our assumptions for story, slug, and folder names matching:
project/name just gets turned into a folder named project with a folder named name inside it. Additionally, the .Rproj file also gets created using the slug, so it ends up trying to create project/name.Rproj inside the name folder.

I think the right answer here is to disallow / in project slugs. Project names don't have to map to slugs, so maybe we just make the default slug use a - instead:

project_name [New Project]: name/with/slash
project_slug [name-with-slash]: 

And if the user insists on using a /:

project_slug [name-with-slash]: name/with/slash
/ is not allowed to be used in slugs
project_slug [name-with-slash]:
