The test Window works correctly in my application now. Also, the new version somehow fixed another bug with egui CollapsingHeader rendering that I hadn't reported yet, so nice job.

I haven't tried adding another window, will try it out as soon as possible, but one thing might be that you are adding the window before calculating the panel_width variable. That will cause the viewport to be wrong.

It should work now on master if you add a window except that the viewport of the 3D area is wrong because the panel_width variable is set to the width of the entire gui including the floating window but it should only be the width of the left sidepanel. I don't know how to extract the width of only a panel in egui, but maybe it is not really relevant in your application anyway?
