These should be moved to seabird_common and made to work for all imm instruments.

If instrument is configured to output executed tag, the xml parser breaks on the cal file export and crashes.

Code should do some kind of checking to see if the response is a sample before attempting to parse it as one.

The interactive menu gives the option to display a help file, which now is not intended to be implemented. Help and instructions will eventually be contained in the Readme for the module.

The interactive menu needs to be cleaned up, with the option to display help removed, and a more descriptive entry used to execute the procedure.

Feedback after completion of the procedure needs line breaks, and possibly other enhancements to make it more conspicuous that the procedure was successful.

In one case, the battery was disconnected or dead when test was begun. Unable to get remote id. Would you like to try again? [y]/n... If 'n' is selected, Would you like to accept the result and pass this step? y/[n]... is presented, which is not appropriate. Selecting 'n' results in an exception. AttributeError: 'Ctdmo' object has no attribute 'remote_id'

This needs to be more graceful.

The empty save folder is not included in the git repo. If you run a procedure that creates documentation but the save folder does not exist, it will crash. Either find out if the empty folder can be included in the repo, or fix the script to test for and create it.
