add "I don’t understand the question" button along with skip button.

First option should be visible without click.

it seems that Nqs is missing the constructor (Nqs(String, String, String, String)), could you please have a look, if the version of the Nqs in the repository is up to date?

instead of showing URI, system should provide Label+abstract for entity/relation
