A simple two-player tic tac toe game

Currently there are two gamemodes: Singleplayer (With Normal or Hard AI) and Multiplayer (Where both players are playing on the same computer)

Singleplayer AI is currently in development but is mostly functional

To play, download zip file and extract and run tic_tac_toe.exe

Requirements:

Windows 10 Version 1803 or later

OR Windows 7 or later with .NET Framework 4.7.2 installed from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net472

Known Issues in version 0.1.1:

- Singleplayer AI is unfinished and buggy
