Errors should not use HTTP status reason string

By RFCs, these strings should be ignore and error reasons should be in the body.

Support HEAD requests

These are useful for service discovery and polling. The rest of verbs are better left in WebND.

Advantages over Cloud Optimized Geotiff ?

Does h2n5 have any advantage to be used for tiled image instead of cog ? I know h2n5 serve n5 dataset so my question is more about the advantages between n5 and cog.

Support of compressed n5 datasets

The z5 library supports a number of compression codecs when creating an n5 array. Are some of them already supported or is the plan to do so? Thanks.

For some reason, I suddenly started getting http 500 errors on one of my servers when requesting tiles from a n5 dataset via h2n5 and I don't know what the issue is. I'm running out of ideas what to check. Is there a way to turn on some debug mode / print errors from h2n5 itself? E.g. in case of missing files in the n5 container, file read permission issues or such?
