When a newer map is loaded by an older server version, the server exits unsuccessfully.

The daemon should use configuration to select the correct save to load. If the provided save does not exist, one should be created with the provided name.

If a new save must be created, map generation options should come from configuration. These options include:

• --map-gen-settings FILE
• --map-gen-seed SEED
• --map-settings FILE

If an option isn't provided, it should be omitted from the call to the factorio binary to allow for defaults values.

• Players can invite anyone in a server to an open game
• Players can join a game through a user profile or user popout
• Admins can open/close a game to public joining

Questions:

• Will factoriod need to maintain a mapping between factorio/steam username and discord username?
