chrome-tabcounter's Issues

FIX tab counter numbers are wrong

use case:

open up a new chrome window for a website with some links
open 10 links from that site
detach the original tab and close the window with the other tabs you just opened

expected result:

tab counter decrements by 10

actual result:

tab counter decrements by 1, sometimes 0

notes:

this is a random use case, I'm sure there are many. I've been using this parallel with "Tab Count" and "Chrome Tab Counter" for months with hundreds of tabs open at a time and probably thousands of tabs opened during the uptime of Chrome (I have to kill it weekly as it memfloods like crazy). Only "Tab Count" reports the correct open tabs number (currently showing 149), both this ("Tab Counter") and "Chrome Tab Counter" drift off (currently both showing 975)

ADD option to display values in multiple lines

use case

currently I have only 260 tabs open in 58 windows.
I Click on the extension icon to toggle between views: I choose the "Tab count/Window Count" view

expected result

the extension icon shows: 260/58

actual result

the extension icon shows: 260/: (50% of the 5 is visible)

solution

since the extension icon itself is not important to users, please add an option to display values in multiple lines. Ideally 3 lines to support #5 aswell

example

260
[58]
(3)

where (3) is the number of tabs opened in current window (if #5 gets supported)
