Even local IP addresses are blocked. Perhaps, we could remove any geo restrictions altogether

We need a script that scrapes the department webpage every month or so and will add any new arrivals to the local author list, and remove those who have left the department.

I just tried to vote on a paper for tomorrow and got this response:

Sorry, you're trying to vote from an IP address that is blocked from voting.

Is this a generic problem, or are you doing this just for me ;-)

Recent updates to the department websites led to pagination, which is not handled by the current scraping script. This leads to several authors being left out.

Could you please add Sufia Birmingham (undergrad student) to the astrocoffee author list? Thank you!

If institutions are listed next to authors, those should not be fetched and displayed.
