should be able to add/modify deadlines to todo items

all files in directory to be scanned for todos, instead of a single todo file

selecting delete on a todo item should prompt for confirmation and then delete item action is confirmed

add MIT license

must at least be able to cycle between the 'TODO' and 'DONE' states
