Operation "add missing object attributes"

Arne, you have crated this script "addmissingobjectattributes.php" that I always spent 10 minutes looking for when I need it. Maybe we can include it to batchtool as an operation?

Simplifying settings file

In my opinion we can ditch the whole FilterList and OperationList from batchtool.ini. Checking if file with appropriate name exists in /operations folder or /filters folder should be enough. This can save up a lot of code and a lot of frustrations when INI file is cached.
