Assumption is that this is licensed under Apache-2.0.

Add ability to allocate key slots

Currently, the only way to use the driver is to explicitly pass in a key slot within the SE to use. By implementing the psa_drv_se_key_management_t p_allocate function.

Driver does not compile with Mbed OS 6
