If you find yourself gazing at screens all day, your eye doctor may have mentioned this rule to you. Basically, every 20 minutes spent using a screen, you should try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds.

This script helps you to do 20-20-20 rule regularly,With installing this script You will get a message and notification sound to remind you every 20 minute to look 20 feet away for 20 seconds!

1. Clone the project

$ git clone https://github.com/armiin98/eye_care_20_20_20.git

2. Go to the eye care 20 20 20 directory

$ cd eye_care_20_20_20

3. Give permission to run

$ chmod +x install.sh eye_care.sh

4. Install

$ bash install.sh
