For me, Divide by 4 needs to have the document at 72 pixel/in to accurately divide the picture.

The other controls also only work at 72 Pixels/inch. But they do work. Ps CC, 32 bit Win 7 Pro.

Several times I get the error message Not a valid Adobe extention as griddify locks up.

Griddify is working in Inches rather than pixels in the example. Don't see a way to change it.

Horizontal guides come in at 2 inch spaces OK when at 72 p/i. But Changing from horizontal to vertical griddify lines, still set to 2, it doesn't recognize the zero edge and puts a 2 inch grid starting at 7/8 inch.

Malwarebytes found three registry malwares (pups) but I'm not exactly sure if they came from the griddify install. Can someone check it?

My previous comment said I thought it was working in inches, but it may be always internally translating the 72 pixel/inch and placing at 72 pixels.

I think this will be a real quick way to place grids, but i'll need to make an action to check for/ change to 72 ppi.

This is a possible fix for the misplaced guides: https://github.com/pixana/griddify/releases/download/0.1.0-beta.2/Griddify-0.1.0-beta.2.zxp

Please test it out and let me know if it worked.

Hey @PetePixxx,

Malwarebytes found three registry malwares (pups) but I'm not exactly sure if they came from the griddify install. Can someone check it?

The zxp itself doesn't tweak registry, but I'm not sure about Extension Manager itself. If you keep having this problem, please open an issue so that other people having the same problem can see it.

My previous comment said I thought it was working in inches, but it may be always internally translating the 72 pixel/inch and placing at 72 pixels.

Yeah, that's actually possible. Could you test the new release and check if the bug has been fixed?
