with a gigabit network, you can only have cpu performance issues, not 
networking ones
check the FAQ about that

also, if your cpu is not powerful enough to encode mpeg2 in real time, don't 
expect 
anything with avc or mpeg4

My CPU it's a Q9600 and decoding it's using about 50% of CPU.
My OS it's Vista Ultimate X64.

then, you can switch to AviSynth/CoreAVC to use your CPU at 100%

or make sure you are using your 4 cores (see general configuration)

In my configuration 4 cores are used.
How can I configure Avisynth/CoreAVC?

In debug.log appears that:
