ON THE TOP OF THE APPLICATION THERE ARE 3 "BUTTONS"

1. SAVE (LOOKS LIKE A DISC
2. IS THE HTTP BUTTON (colorful )
3. is the QUIT button (red in color)

the http button is causing me to obtain the 2110 dlna protocol error.

 ok
to get rid of this error, you just need to save, after making changes on shared
folders, and restart the app
so you don't have to use the http restart button

so the http restart button is not even required to be used?

Because even after i save, if i hit the http restart, it will not work.

But...

after i hit save, and do not hit the http restat button, it works flawlessly.

Is it ok to not use the http restart button, and what is it for?

Thanks

Love the app!!

I'm getting the protocol error 2110 too. The mentioned "fix" does not work for
me.

I have one shared folder pointing to a DVD drive, can read contents of the DVD
fine.
The other share is a HD on the same computer, I get the error when I select this
drive. It won't list the contents of the HD.

I don't know how or why this would happen. I'm using Zone Alarm and no matter
what I
do; quit, allow PS3 IP access, reboot, shut down, Etc I can't list the contents
of
the HD.

Nothing seems to work.

ok, 2110 means something maybe happens on the server side, but debug traces are
not
always displayed, so I'm working to a more practical debugging tool

emailjordan,
how do you have all of the other settings set up in the program?

example,
what are the settings for your encoders, what encoders do you have doing what?
and
also how is the harddrive set up? I actually right clicked my hd and allowed
sharring
on the folders under each hd:)

another thing, is that you may want to check your java and see if it is updated
to
the newest update, i believe it is java 11?

Problem seemed to fix itself (nothing changed on the PC) when I pointed the
share to
a sub folder on the HD instead if the root i.e. F:\

Better error logging in 1.02.1
so , if problem rise again, please open a more detailed issue with debug log

Got this error too while listing a regular folder. Error is:

"Exception in thread "Thread-276" java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException:
String index out of range: -4"

On debug.log.
Looks like absolute file name or location is too long in char number.
