apsim.performancetests's Issues

Order of columns in the table of "Current and Accepted values for"

Let me know if it is not a suitable place to submit a issue.

There are four columns in the table of "Current and Accepted values for".

I think it will be more logical and easily to understand if we present like this way

Observed Value Accepted Predicted Value Current Predicted Value Difference

PO Stats Graphs

What happened?

If you click on the 1:1 line on the graphs, a 2nd orange line appears and it's unclear if that new line is the 1:1, or if it was the original orange line. Which then we don't know which line is related to the orange points, which is also confusing.

Would be good if the 1:1 line was a different colour and it was more clear which line relates to which points.

What Operating System are you on?

Windows

Incorrect number of *s for goodness of fit

When I click on a particular output to get the following graph (ie grain number for canola) the stats on the right hand side has *s inserted to show the goodness of fit (ie satisfactory, good, very good). In this case, the number of *s for RSR appears to be based on the criteria for NSE rather than RSR. There should be no *s.

Add a proper landing page

If I go to the performance tests homepage, I get an error about a PR missing from the database. It would be better for the homepage to show a list of all builds in the DB, or perhaps just the builds in the DB whose pull requests are currently open.

Edit: we also ought not to show stack traces on the production site.

Need to reset github PR status to pending when re-running tests

After issuing a command to Jenkins to re-run the tests, Jenkins' status is set to pending but the performance tests' status is left as-is. Unsure if it would be better to do this from the jenkins end or the APSIM.Builds end but either way this should be fixed.
