Page 38 and Page 112

bazel build ... results always in (assuming we use Bazel version 1.0.0):
Skipping '../..': Bad target pattern '../..': package name component contains only '.' characters

Should be:

bazel build //...

Steps for reproducing this behavior:

Ubuntu 18.04:

git clone https://github.com/Apress/beginning-bazel.git
cd beginning-bazel
cd chapter_03
echo "1.0.0" > .bazelversion
bazelisk build //... # Works
bazelisk build ... # Does not work

Output of last command:
