After calling:

fb.setAccessToken("<access token acquired without calling fb.authorize()>");

fb.accessToken is still null.

I went through source of FacebookModule.m and haven't found implementation of this method despite it exists in documentation: http://docs.appcelerator.com/titanium/3.0/#!/api/Titanium.Facebook-method-setAccessToken

Right now when trying to login to Facebook with this module, on the authorisation section the Facebook popup shows the following notice: "You must upgrade this app to Graph API v2.x v1.0 will be deprecated on April 20 2015 Learn how to upgrade".

I need to implement the facebook Install Ads feature to my app, according to the documentation I have added the below code to my HomeScreen.js

if(OS_ANDROID){
	$.HomeScreen.fbProxy = facbookSDK.createActivityWorker({
	    lifecycleContainer: $.HomeScreen
	});
}
facbookSDK.publishInstall();

It gives me an error # has no method 'publishInstall' I have done all the things according to the docs in tiapp.xml.
