apotonick / active_helper Goto Github PK

I like your approach with active_helper. But is the gem still maintained? Does it work with Rails 3 and 4? Or are there other opinions meanwhile about using / not using it?

Problem is that active_helper now generates warnings about this:

DEPRECATION WARNING: ActiveSupport::Dependencies.load_paths is deprecated, please use autoload_paths instead. (called from /Users/luis/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.8.7-p334/gems/active_helper-0.2.2/lib/active_helper/rails.rb:32)

I took a brief look at the code, other than a filter for rails 3, would this still work? This gem is making me tingle in places.
