Grammatical errors in README.md

Grammatical/Spelling errors in the README.md file for:

  • The spelling mistake for 'that' in the point which states the source code is present.
  • In the next point, instead of 'presentedthe' it should have been 'presented in the'.
  • In the last point, there should be 'the' just once.
