Spanish and Galician =================================================================== You need apertium-3.1.0 and lttoolbox-3.1.0 to use this translator. To compile the linguistic data simply do: ./configure [ --prefix=/path/to/your/dir ] make make install inside of this directory. FORMAT This translator uses the XInclude style dictionaries, which first need to be preprocessed. The *.dix files are generated from the *.dix.xml files, so if you make changes in the *.dix files and re-compile, the changes will be lost. All linguistic data is in UTF-8 TAGGER To use this language-pair package with apertium YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETRAIN THE TAGGER. Probabilities and auxiliary data are provided for both the es-gl and the gl-es translation directions which should be acceptable for most applications. =================================================================== More information about this module, and others can be found on the Apertium: Wiki, https://wiki.apertium.org

Error translating "una"
I have tryed to translate "Voy para casa y llevo una caja" and the result was correct: "Vou para casa e levo unha caixa"
Then, I tryed to translate "Sujeta una caja", and the result was "Suxeita una caixa", that's incorrect, at this phrase "una" should be translated to "unha" too...
Could sombody fix it?

Convert to monolingual packages
Convert the package to use monolingual language packages.
Move to three letter ISO codes
This pair should be moved to three letter ISO codes. The name should probably be apertium-spa-glg.
The following files (at minimum) will need to be checked:
Makefile.amconfigure.acmodes.xmlREADME
The pair should also be checked to see if it can be adapted to work with monolingual language packages in languages/
Error translations
Hi, I'm using Apertium to translate wikipedia articles with the tool Content Translation, and I have noticed two issues:
- word "para" (preposition) is translated to "paira"
- word "una" (article) is not translated
The errors could be reviewed comparing translation of https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%C3%A1mina_beta to https://gl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usuario:Elisardojm/L%C3%A1mina_beta.
Could anybody help to fix that, please? This issues are very important because "para" and "una" are words widely used in spanish.
