Facebook100 dataset

The Facebook100 dataset must be downloaded and the .mat files must be be placed in the Facebook100 directory. The individual edgelists are then extracted by executing the python script extract_edgelists.py.

Generating the figures

Running the following scripts from simulations/ generates and compiles the data used in the figures

run_single_layer_simulations.sh
run_multilayer_simulations.sh

compile_single_layer_results.py
compile_multilayer_results.py

Figures 2 and 3 are generated by running the following scripts from figures/

plot_figure2.py
plot_figure3.py
