Infinite loop when extracting invalid(?) archive with zero-length zstd data

This occurs when the local file header has the "compressed size" field set to zero. I'm not sure what the expected behaviour should be, probably an error about invalid zstd data (since you need to have at least one frame iiuc) - but it definitely shouldn't get stuck in an infinite loop.

To reproduce:

$ base64 -d > infloop.zip <<EOF
