I use the app during other activities, sometimes I have to pause / rewind / FF.
It isn't convenient to do with small lock screen buttons, or unlock the screen every time.
Right now I use another app to keep screen on during the play.

We discussed and don't think this fits with AntennaPod. Keeping the screen active while there is no activity on the screen that needs constant attention (like would be the case for a navigation app) introduces extra settings/functionality used by few. That's not a route AntennaPod typically takes - see https://antennapod.org/about/ It might also introduce a security risk, as the phone remains unlocked people would have direct access.

Unfortunately we cannot influence the design of the lock screen; we would have been open to do that.

Side note: the touch area is a bit bigger than the buttons you see on screen, so you don't have to be very precise with your movement.

Hope you understand our reasoning and are happy to continue using AntennaPod still :-)
