Yes, I have known this issue. #2 (Japanese written, but the same)
but the current version does not support yet.

I have an idea to solve this, and will solve it in the near future.

It works when the user logs in if they enabled OTP from accounts, or options screen.

I realized I was misunderstanding.
There are separate 2FAs and OTPs when logging in to this service.

Strictly speaking, they are not the same.

After setting 2FA, you will receive a 6-digit number by email when you log in.

OTP is a code dynamically issued by a token device or app.

I found out with this ticket that you are talking about the former.
