--skip-confirm flag needs to be moved to the Root command.

Basic parser is not removing periods from tags

The basic parser is not removing the periods from the tags. Chances are its not removing any punctuation

DeleteBookCmd has incorrect usage

The delete book command's usage says to use the book's ID, but it needs the book's name

book <book id>
should be
book <book name>

UNIQUE constraint failed: books.name

I just started getting this error from the following command:
qnote edit book daily

Feature idea

Hey,

This is pretty cool.
I have also used bleve and found it really nice.

I am starting to play with tendermint, which allows data to be distributed , shared.
I think that it would allow quick notes to work offline and then sync changes to your server when back online.

Feature Suggestion

I'd like to suggest that the ls function only display the ID and Note Title. Displaying everything really isn't that useful because of the quantity of data scrolling by.
