What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.i am doing daily personal dairy project.
2. so what my view is if i want to write something using text view ,that string 
data  and time should go and inserted in the sqlite.
Inserting string data and retrieving should depend on particular date format.
3.i tried i dnt any proper code. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
inserting string data and time into sqlite using date format(dd/mm/yy)
retrieving string data and time from sqlite using date format.(dd/mm/yy)
i m not getting proper output...
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
os-windows 7,eclipse -indigo,android sdk-2.0-4.2

Please provide any additional information below.
pls send code for above information along with .xml and .java file

Setting event.put("hasAlarm", 1); does nothing. Thanks for all the work done so
