It would be great if the app could be added to f-droid, an alternative to the Google Play Store.

I note that in the PrivacyPolicy.md you mention notifying about security issues. To help stay on top of this your self, I'd like to suggest enabling Github's Code scanning tool.

This tool is free for Public and OpenSource projects and from what I can see, ExpiryDateReminder meets requirements.

Ok for such an app I understand that there may not be a burning need for a lot of security but I do feel that when ever possible data should be stored at rest.

I'd like to suggest the use of SQLCipher within the app, it's a fork of SQLite and should hopefully be mostly a drop in replacement.

I also see on reddit you are starting out developing apps so this would be a good string to add to your bow for future apps :)

Very useful app, are there plans to add a license to the app?
